Protest outside Bangladesh mission over Hindu man's lynching, barricades toppled

Protests by members of the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) and other Hindu organisations took place outside the Bangladesh High Commission in Delhi over alleged atrocities against Hindus in the neighbouring nation, including the mob lynching of Dipu Chandra Das last week.

The protests turned violent as participants toppled police barricades and clashed with security personnel. The demonstrators carried slogans and chanted, "Hindus are being killed there (Bangladesh)."
