Russian drone and missile strikes have crippled power plants of Centrenergo, one of Ukraine's power generating companies. The firm says it used to power 15% of Ukraine with three power plants -- one of which is now in territory occupied by Russia. However, after the attacks on Nov. 8, the firm admitted that "currently, power generation is down to zero.”Power remained cut for between eight and 16 hours a day across most regions of Ukraine on Nov. 9, state power transmission system operator Ukrenergo said.Around 100,000 people were still without power in the northeastern Ukrainian region of Kharkiv, Kyiv authorities said on Nov. 9.
