Railway officials address pensioners’ grievances at All India Pension Adalat 2025

Railway officials addressed grievances of railway pensioners during the All India Pension Adalat 2025 of the Mysuru Division of South Western Railway held in Mysuru on December 15.

According to a press statement here, the adalat was chaired by Mudit Mittal, Divisional Railway Manager, Mysuru, at his office in the city.

“A total of 47 pensioners attended the adalat. A total of 32 cases were taken up for discussion and two new cases were represented. Of these, 16 cases were disposed off on the spot while the remaining cases are under examination and will be redressed at the earliest,” read a statement from the Railway.

The adalat was also attended by senior Railway officials including Vishnu Gouda, Harshavardhana, and Pruthvi S. Hullati.

Parthasarathy, president of Railway Pensioners’ Welfare Association, Mysuru, expressed satisfaction over the expeditious manner in which the pensioners’ grievances were addressed and resolved. G.S. Swaminathan, the association’s general secretary, was also present.

Mr. Mittal has assured that all pending grievances will be resolved at the earliest.
