Ramjhol 3.0 opens with a celebration of Rajasthan’s spirit

The third edition of Ramjhol opened at the Kolkata Centre for Creativity (KCC) with an evening that brought alive the colours, sounds, and flavours of Rajasthan.The evening began with a traditional inaugural ceremony, setting the mood for a cultural showcase that transported the audience to the deserts of the west.

The soulful strains of Rajasthani folk music filled the space, creating an atmosphere of warmth and nostalgia, while graceful traditional dance performances — complete with swirling ghagras and rhythmic steps — added vibrancy to the stage.The courtyard buzzed with curated pop-up stalls that added to the immersive experience. From handcrafted earrings and intricate jewellery to sustainable gifting solutions, live portrait sessions, and a range of artisanal food items, visitors were treated to a blend of creativity and craftsmanship that reflected the spirit of the festival.Ramjhol, now in its third year, continues to grow as a platform celebrating cultural diversity, blending heritage with contemporary interpretations to create an experience that is as immersive as it is memorable.
