Actress Rashmika Mandanna is currently busy shooting her upcoming film ‘Cocktail 2’, where she stars alongside Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. Between takes, the actor has been sharing small, playful moments from set, and one recent update suggests she has been enjoying the craft behind the camera almost as much as the one in front of it.

Discovering a new side of the set

According to Mid-Day, Rashmika posted an Instagram Story that showed her peering into a camera with a goofy expression, as if she had briefly stepped into the crew’s world. The still was captioned "Shots without actors,” giving the moment an extra wink. She also poked fun at the film’s director of photography, writing, “My 2nd job is secure..No? santha_dop (sic).”The post quickly circulated online, with several portals pointing to the actor’s easy rapport on set and her willingness to experiment during downtime.

Rashmika has been treating her InstaFam to frequent snippets from her ‘Cocktail 2’ shoot diaries, keeping her updates casual and unfiltered rather than polished.

Italy days and what comes next

In September, Rashmika also shared photos from the Italy schedule of ‘Cocktail 2’. The images captured everything from catching up on sleep to making goofy faces with her hands, going for a run under the clear Italian sky, and enjoying ice cream. Her caption read, “Italy - you beauty!!! You have me for a couple of days and I hope amazing memories are created Cocktail2,” a line that was widely quoted by entertainment outlets covering the film.

Beyond ‘Cocktail 2’, Rashmika is also awaiting the release of Rawindra Pulle’s ‘Mysaa’, described as an emotional action thriller that will see her portray a woman from the Gond community.
