The Baltimore County Police investigated reports of a dispute that included a 911 call traced to Flowers’ home near the Ravens’ training complex in Owings Mills, Maryland.

The case mentioned a firearm drawn by Flowers’ brother, but no charges were filed. The NFL announced on March 1, 2024, that there was not enough proof to establish that Flowers broke the league's personal behavior rules. He faced no suspension.
