The airline is diligently working to resolve customer inquiries, processing claims efficiently, and providing travel vouchers to affected passengers.

Tickets and booking will be available from Dec 16,” Sarkar told reporters.Airport executives said the local disruption has been contained. The airline reported substantial progress in processing claims and has initiated travel vouchers worth Rs 10,000 for the most affected customers.

Despite operational improvements, some financial settlements remain pending. Passengers such as Antara Ray, who took to social media platform X after incurring expenses for alternate travel, are awaiting refunds for flights cancelled earlier in the month. Ray tagged IndiGo, stating, “Yet to receive a refund for my cancelled flight on December 5 from Patna to Kolkata.” IndiGo has acknowledged these outstanding cases, assuring travellers that compensation and refunds are being expedited to match the operational recovery.
