Fresh project for rising idols
A new collaboration between major entertainment company and production house Egg is Coming is set to introduce the next wave of K-pop stars. The upcoming variety series 'Reply High School' will feature 15 trainees, including known members of the multinational team TR25 along with previously undisclosed faces.
The cast lineup includes Nicholas, Katsuo, Justin, Hyunjun, Woorin, Hanbi, Songha, Kachin, Sadaharu, Tata, Daniel, Haruta, Hamin, Charlie, and Jaewon.
School setting with retro inspiration
The show places the young performers in a fictional high school where they enter classes inspired by the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s. Each group will live and learn in themed environments, reflecting the music, lifestyle trends, and cultural changes of those decades.
Through this experience, the trainees are expected to revisit the roots of K-pop industry while shaping their own artistic identity and teamwork. The project aspires to blend nostalgic storytelling with the dynamic process of modern idol training.
Spotlight on TR25 and new talent
Public attention already turned toward TR25 when the multinational group was revealed during a tribute performance earlier this year. Their energetic stages in major cities such as Mexico City, Los Angeles, London, and Tokyo helped them gain recognition among global audiences. MK reported that the team also gathered praise during the SBS special program 'K-POP The Beginning: SMTOWN 30,' which positioned them as standout contenders for the future of K-pop.
For fans and industry watchers alike, this new variety show serves as a closer look at both TR25 members and unrevealed talents.
