Revenue Inspector caught taking ₹15,000 bribe

A Revenue Inspector posted in Vikarabad district was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) while accepting a bribe of ₹15,000 at a restaurant in Hyderabad on Tuesday, March 17.

The accused, identified as Richard Simon, was working in the office of the Tahsildar in Peddemul mandal. He was apprehended by the ACB’s Rangareddy range unit at a restaurant in Gudimalkapur when he demanded and accepted the bribe from a complainant.
