Ribbhu Mehra fondly remembers his time on 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain,' despite its short duration. He cherishes the bonding moments with Shivangi and the fun on set, especially during the hotel scene and New Year's Eve party.
As Bade Achhe Lagte Hain goes off air, actor Ribbhu Mehra reflects on his time with the show and the memories he takes back from the set. “Well, I think I’ve got really fond memories of the show, but unfortunately, didn’t get so much time to spend.
Just when we had started bonding, we had to wrap up the whole thing. I’ve shot mostly with Shivangi, and we had sweet moments where we spoke about many things, including the show going off air and the disappointment around it.
At the same time, there was a lot of fun on set—chit-chatting, laughing, sharing lighter moments,” he says. Recalling specific memories, Mehra points to one scene. “We had this hotel scene where I was speaking in a lady’s voice.
Harsha cracked a few jokes during the shoot and we were all laughing. Even the New Year Eve party sequence, when all of us were together, was great fun. We often spoke about Delhi since even our director is from Delhi, so there was always this shared vibe. The entire cast, assistants, production people—everyone was fun-loving.
The energy on set was always good.” Mehra says the last few days of shooting were the most special. “Apparently today is the last day of my shoot and it’s really heartbreaking. To be honest, the last four-five days were when all of us actually bonded so well because there were a lot of combination scenes. It has been fun, and I’m really looking forward to working with the same team again, hopefully very soon,” he concludes.
