Rotary Club Bidar gets new office-bearers

A young entrepreneur, Adhish Rajneesh Wali, has been installed as president of the Rotary Club of Bidar Silver Star and Kiran Samuel as secretary.

The installation was conducted by Rotary International Director Lt. K.P. Nagesh marking the first-ever visit of a Rotary International Director to Bidar district for a Rotary ceremony.

Mr. Wali, who is also a member of the London Youth Council, outlined his vision for the year and said that Rotary Club is committed to ensuring service to the people.

The team of Rotarians will focus on addressing unemployment issues through conducting job fairs, promoting sports and physical fitness among youth, empowering women, enhancing groundwater levels, besides taking up several social development programmes with the guidance of seniors, Mr. Wali added.
