RSSB Platoon Commander direct recruitment 2025: Preference-wise result, cut-off marks and PET shortlist released

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has released the preference-wise result for Platoon Commander direct recruitment 2025. The announcement covers category-wise cut-off marks and the list of candidates shortlisted for the Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test.The recruitment process was conducted for 84 posts of Platoon Commander under the Home Defence Department. Of these, 82 posts were for non-scheduled areas and two posts for scheduled areas. The examination was held in two shifts, morning and evening, and candidates were shortlisted based on their application details and main examination scores.Preference list and shortlisting processThe Board prepared a priority list of successful candidates according to preferences filled in application forms and marks obtained.

Appendix-1 and Appendix-2 contain roll numbers and categories for non-scheduled and scheduled areas. From these, candidates up to ten times the advertised posts, including horizontal category Outstanding Sportsperson candidates, were shortlisted for PET.From these qualified candidates, ten times the number of advertised posts were shortlisted category-wise. An additional ten times the number of candidates from the horizontal Outstanding Sportsperson category were also included.

Important notes and next steps

The Board stated that ten candidates were disqualified as they did not darken any option in more than ten per cent of the questions. It also clarified that candidature may be cancelled at any stage if incorrect information or unfair means are detected. Candidates have been advised to check the official RSSB website for further updates.
