RAIPUR: AICC general secretary and Chhattisgarh in-charge Sachin Pilot will be on a three-day visit to the state from September 16–18 to spearhead Congress’s ‘Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhor’ campaign.
Pilot will address rallies, signature drives, and marches across Raigarh, Korba, Bilaspur, Mungeli, Bemetara, Rajnandgaon, Durg, and Bhilai as part of the party’s statewide agitation against alleged electoral irregularities.
According to the tour programme, Pilot will reach Jharsuguda airport in Odisha at 2:10 pm on Tuesday. From there, he will travel by car to Raigarh, where he is scheduled to join the 'Vote Chor - Gaddi Chhor' signature drive and march at 4 pm.
He will then travel to Korba to attend a similar rally and signature campaign at 7:30 pm, and will stay there overnight. On 17 September, Pilot will depart from Korba at 10 am and arrive in Ratanpur, Bilaspur, at 11:30 am for a local programme. He will then proceed to Takhatpur for a rally, which is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm. From there, he will travel to Mungeli for a rally and march at 2:30 pm and then to Bemetara for a rally at 4:30 pm. He will reach Rajnandgaon at 8 pm for an overnight stay. On the last day of his visit, September 18, Pilot will participate in a rally and march in Rajnandgaon at 11 am. He will then head to Durg for a rally at 12:30 pm and conclude his tour with a final rally and march in Bhilai at 2:45 pm.
