The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has released the official notification for Management Trainee (MT) Recruitment 2025, inviting applications for 124 vacancies in various technical disciplines. Eligibility criteria
As per the official notification, interested candidates must fulfill the eligibility requirements mentioned below in order to be considered for SAIL recruitment process: Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a full-time BE/BTech degree in relevant engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Civil from a recognized university or institution.
A minimum percentage (as specified in the notification) is required.Age Limit: The upper age limit for general category candidates is 28 years as of the closing date. Age relaxation applies for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC (NCL), and PwBD categories as per government norms.
Selection process
The selection will be conducted in three stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): Candidates will be evaluated through an online exam comprising domain-related questions and sections on reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English, and general awareness.
- Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will participate in group discussions to assess communication and leadership skills.
- Personal Interview (PI): The final stage will test technical knowledge, personality, and problem-solving abilities.
