Despite the intensity, Saiyami feels there’s still work to be done. “Olympic size distance felt great but feeling far from ready for the 70.3,” she admitted, reflecting her honest, no-shortcuts approach.The upcoming Ironman race will be significantly tougher than the previous one she completed, with a new route that now includes challenging climbs.

“This race is a test of not just the body but the mind too,” she said, adding that shooting and training simultaneously has pushed her limits.
