Organised by the Khasi Hills Archery Sports Association, it not only offers attractive cash prizes but also promotes archery among the youth of the region.

HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?

The Shillong Teer lottery is played in two fast-paced rounds, each lasting just two minutes. In the first round, archers release 30 arrows, followed by 20 arrows in the second round. Participants place bets by selecting a number between 0 and 99, aiming to predict how many arrows will hit the target.

Tickets are sold through authorised vendors in denominations of Rs 1, Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 20 and Rs 50. Prize amounts vary based on both the wager and the accuracy of the prediction. For instance, a correct first-round guess with a Rs 1 ticket can earn Rs 80, while a win in the second round brings Rs 60. Players who correctly predict the results of both rounds can win as much as Rs 4,000 with a single Rs 1 ticket.
