It is reported that on 21st September there will be a partial solar eclipse. It is going to be the final solar eclipse of 2025 and unlike the total eclipse that completely blocks the Sun, this will be a partial solar eclipse, where the Moon will only obscure a portion of the Sun. The result will be a stunning crescent-shaped Sun, creating a stunning sky scene. Time, zone, and durationThe partial solar eclipse will begin at 17:29 UTC (10:59 PM IST, Sep 21), reaches maximum at 19:41 UTC (1:11 AM IST, Sep 22), and ends at 21:53 UTC (3:23 AM IST, Sep 22).

The entire event lasts for over four hours and is visible from the Southern Hemisphere, including New Zealand, parts of Australia, the South Pacific, and Antarctica. Freshly boiled rice, hot chapatis, vegetable curries, and simple dals are prepared and shared as a way of marking renewal after the cosmic event. Personal Hygiene: Taking a bath before and after the eclipse is recommended to cleanse oneself and remove any impurities.
