The cast of the upcoming drama 'Spirit Fingers' is getting surprisingly personal, sharing emotional messages that seem to hint at their own off-screen battles with self-doubt.
Based on the wildly popular webtoon, the series follows Song Woo Yeon (Park Ji Hu), a shy girl who feels invisible until she joins a quirky drawing club and starts to find her own "color." Ahead of the premiere, the four leads shared intimate words of encouragement, in a move that feels more like a group therapy session than a press release, as reported by Sports Chosun.
Park Ji Hu's plea: "Don't rush your own story"
Park Ji Hu, who plays the lead, shared a message that felt deeply personal.
She described the show as a story about discovering self-worth and hopes it offers comfort to those feeling drained by life. "Once you start to love and understand yourself, the world begins to look different," she confessed, almost as if speaking from her own experience. "Don't rush-take one step at a time... I hope you feel the warmth and courage to embrace yourself.

Choi Bomin's daring confession: "Trying is not embarrassing"
Choi Bomin, whose character sparks the protagonist's transformation, dropped a truth bomb about taking risks.
"To those who haven't yet found their color, I want to say-take that step forward boldly," he urged. "It's not shameful to try something new. It's an act of courage." His words carry a hidden weight, suggesting that he, too, has faced uncertainty and discovered new sides of himself through struggle.
The hidden truth: "Someone always has your back"
The rest of the cast echoed this theme of hidden strength. Cho Jun Young, who plays the optimistic Nam Ki Jung, revealed his secret to staying positive is finding small moments of happiness. He offered a comforting thought: "Just as Ki Jung always stands behind Woo Yeon, there's always someone out there watching over and rooting for you." Park Yoo Na added a powerful final touch, insisting that self-belief is the ultimate foundation.
"Everyone already has their own color-it just hasn't been discovered yet," she declared, a statement that feels like a shared secret among the cast. 'Spirit Fingers' premieres on October 29.
