Bollywood heavyweight Sunny Deol will be seen in the much-talked-about mythological epic 'Ramayana' helmed by acclaimed filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari. The actor, known for his "Dhai Kilo Ka Haath" and commanding screen presence, will be seen taking the divine role of Lord Hanuman.Taking to Instagram on Monday, Sunny Deol shared the first look teaser of the film and expressed his deep reverence for the character and the story. In the official 3-minute video, the makers introduced the film's key cast with the release of its majestic first look teaser. The video opens with a stunning animated depiction of the divine trinity Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. It then transitions into visually striking glimpses of the film's lead characters: Ranbir Kapoor as the righteous Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as the graceful Goddess Sita, and Yash as the formidable Lankesh, Ravana.

Ravi Dubey will be playing the role of Laxman.'Ramayana' is being made on an epic scale with top-notch technical expertise from Hollywood and India. The visual effects are being made by those who worked on the highly acclaimed Hollywood series 'Dune'. The film also boasts a powerful musical collaboration between Academy Award winners Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman, marking their first-ever joint project.'Ramayana' will be released globally in two parts, with Part 1 scheduled for Diwali 2026 and Part 2 arriving in Diwali 2027.
