SVIMS to charge MBBS fee for 4.5 years, NRI students to benefit

A key decision taken by the TTD-run Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) will benefit NRI medical students of the 2021-22 batch enrolled for the MBBS programme.

The students had approached TTD Executive Officer M. Ravichandra with a plea to collect the fee for 4.5 years, in line with the duration of the course, and not for five years, as was being collected at the SVIMS’ Sri Padmavati Medical College for Women (SPMCW).
