Tea, candid chat, laughter: PM meets Priyanka Gandhi, other Opposition MPs

In the absence of Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi represented the Congress, while Prime Minister Modi attended after returning from a demanding three-nation foreign tour.
