Based on 1977 England, the evident battle between good and evil ensures the viewers feel every intricate pulse in the body. 'The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It'

Based on the real-life trial of Arne Johnson in 1981, the film proficiently blends crime and horror, turning the plot into a murder mystery rather than focusing on mere supernatural forces.

After performing an exorcism on a 12-year-old boy, the devil transfers himself to Johnson and murders the landlord.
