The Great Indian Kapil Show: Vishal Dadlani reveals receiving death threat in Ludhiana during a live performance; says, “It was the bride’s father and he was high”

He recalled an incident in Ludhiana where he faced a hilarious moment at a wedding show.

“The bride’s father was high on alcohol, and so were many others. Suddenly, he told me, ‘I am going to kill you tonight,’” Vishal revealed, leaving the set stunned.He went on to add, “Later, the same man came on stage and said, ‘You and me, we will kill everybody.’” The absurdity of the situation had Kapil and his gang turning it into a riot of comedy, but the story gave audiences a glimpse into the unpredictable world of live performances.

Taking the episode on an emotional high, the show honoured superfan Simran Sharma, a visually impaired athlete and bronze medallist at the Paris Paralympics, along with her husband and coach Gajendra Singh.
