Three persons, including 2 children, drown in a tank

Three persons including two children drowned in a tank at Motapalli village of Krishnapuram panchayat in V Kota Mandal of the district on Thursday. According to the police, the three identified as Kushal and Nikhil (11) and Jagan (13) along with some others entered the tank to take a bath. As they did not come out for a long time, the others searched for them. While two of them died on the spot after being fished out of the water, another youngster died while being shifted to a hospital at V Kota.
