In East and Central India, thunderstorms with lightning are likely to occur over parts of western Madhya Pradesh between November 3 and 4. In west India, isolated thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are likely over parts of Maharashtra like Marathwada from November 3 to November 5.The Northeast region is also expected to see thunderstorm activity, with lightning forecast across the entire area on November 3. Coastal and North Interior Karnataka may experience similar conditions during November 5–7.

IMD weather bulletin

The IMD has forecast a noticeable drop in minimum temperatures across several regions starting from November 3 onwards. Over northwest India, no significant change is expected for the next 72 hours (till November 5). However, the night temperature will see a gradual fall of 3–4 degrees Celsius in the next 3 to 4 days.In Central India, minimum temperatures will remain stable for the next 48 hours (up to November 4), but will see a gradual decrease by 3–5 degrees Celsius in the next 3–4 days.A fresh western disturbance is likely to impact the western Himalayan region from November 4, bringing cloudy skies, isolated rainfall, and gusty winds to the northern states.
