Jose Garcia added context in the caption and comments. He wrote that the message came straight from Nick Diaz. In another comment, Garcia said Nick Diaz is in better health and has been clean and sober for almost a year.This video came after serious claims made by an Instagram account earlier this year. The account said Nick Diaz was taken across the border into Mexico and held at a rehab center. It also claimed his contact with others was limited.

Those posts were later deleted. The true identity of the account is still not confirmed.Nick Diaz’s longtime coach quickly denied those claims. He posted online that Nick Diaz was safe and well. He also joked that Nick Diaz had not been cloned or kidnapped.
