A wedding ceremony in Ujjain turned chaotic after a minor argument escalated into a violent clash, with a video of the incident now going viral on social media.

The incident occurred late on the night of the 27th in the Rajiv Nagar area under Chimanganj police station limits. According to eyewitnesses, the dispute began during a photography session when a photographer asked a woman to step aside from the frame. What started as a brief argument quickly spiralled into a confrontation between members of both the bride’s and groom’s families.

The situation soon turned violent, with people seen in the viral video throwing chairs, utensils and other items at each other. Kicks and punches were also exchanged, creating panic at the venue and disrupting the function entirely.

The wedding reportedly involved families from the Ahirwar community, and the clash broke out while the baraat was present.
