Drunk Audi driver runs over 5 sleeping on Delhi footpath

A drunk Audi driver has mowed down five people sleeping on a footpath in Delhi's Vasant Vihar area. The incident occurred on July 9th, with the car coming from the Noida direction. The driver, identified as 40-year-old Utsav Sekhar, a property dealer from Dwarka, has been arrested by the Delhi Police. Medical examination confirmed he was under the influence of alcohol. The five injured, all daily wage labourers from Rajasthan, were admitted to the AIIMS Trauma Centre. The Audi car, with registration number SK01PB0083, sustained significant damage, with its airbags deployed due to the impact. The incident took place on a busy road leading to the airport from South Delhi.
