'O’Romeo' marks Shahid Kapoor’s fourth collaboration with Vishal Bhardwaj. The duo has previously worked together on 'Kaminey', 'Haider', and 'Rangoon'. For Triptii Dimri, the film marks her first collaboration with both Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj, making it a significant milestone in her career.

Shahid Kapoor was last seen in 'Deva', directed by Rosshan Andrrews. The film also starred Pooja Hegde and Pavail Gulati.

Tamannaah Bhatia will next be seen in the biopic of V. Shantaram, where she plays Jayashree, Shantaram’s second wife. Jayashree was also known for films such as 'Shakuntala', 'Dr Kotnis Ki Amar Kahani', and 'Dahej'. Tamannaah will star opposite Siddhant Chaturvedi, who essays the role of V. Shantaram.Meanwhile, Triptii Dimri was last seen in 'Dhadak 2' opposite Siddhant Chaturvedi. The film is a sequel to 'Dhadak' (2018) and a remake of the Tamil film 'Pariyerum Perumal'.
