Virat Kohli returns to India's ODI team vs England, BCCI links his playing XI spot to fitness as he recovers from a hamstring injury ahead of July 14.

Ace batter Virat Kohli was on Sunday, June 21, picked for India’s three-match ODI series against England. However, BCCI has said that his selection in the playing XI will be subject to fitness, as the star cricketer continues to recover from a hamstring injury sustained during the IPL 2026 final.
Kohli missed out on the recent three-match ODI series due to the same but is expected to feature in the England ODIs, with the first match scheduled for July 14.
