Your favourite gothic comedy series is back with a new season. The first season was a blast with Wednesday, a girl going to the school, Nevermore Academy, as her parents sent her there for the safety of other kids of her age. Now the horror comedy series is back with new elements and characters, with guest characters. The official teaser trailer is out, and fans can't stop talking about it!

The plot

This season, Wednesday's psychic visions change and increase for good. She has spent her entire summer vacation mastering her psychic abilities, but then something goes wrong with her ability, so she returns to Nevermore Academy willingly with her psychic ability glitching. Throughout the season, it's a struggle to recover her power while also facing the new drama.

The episodes

The new season of 'Wednesday' will be released on August 6. This series will be in two parts, with the first 4 episodes coming in August and the second part on September 3. Also, the Wednesday Season 2 premiere is titled ‘Here We Woe Again.’

A surprise guest?

This season will have a guest who is also a pop star, Lady Gaga. She will be playing the mysterious and baffling Rosaline Rotwood, a legendary Nevermore teacher who crosses paths with Wednesday. Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Lumley, Thandiwe Newton, and Osment will also join the guest star list this season.

Cast

The season will again be led by Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Adams, with the return of Emma Myers as Enid Sinclair, Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams, Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams, Isaac Ordonez as Pugsley Addams, Hunter Doohan as Tyler Galpin/Hyde, Joy Sunday as Bianca Barclay, Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo as Deputy Ritchie Santiago, Victor Dorobantu as Thing, Fred Armisen as Uncle Fester, Moosa Mostafa as Eugene Ottinger, and Georgie Farmer as Ajax Petropolus. The season also has some new characters, including Steve Buscemi as Barry Dort, Billie Piper as Isadora Capri, Joanna Lumley as Grandmama Hester Frump, Christopher Lloyd as Professor Orloff, Thandiwe Newton as Dr. Rachael Fairburn, Lady Gaga as Rosaline Rotwood and Evie Templeton, and Owen Painter and Noah Taylor, whose character names are not specified yet.
