Rani Mukerji starrer ‘Mardaani 3’ is gearing up for release on January 30. The makers of the film dropped a trailer earlier this month, and actor Kalyani Priyadarshan is all praise for it. The ‘Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra’ actor took to her social media handle to applaud the trailer of ‘Mardaani 3’. Kalyani Priyadarshan was blown away by the trailer. She reshared the trailer on her Instagram story and expressed that she can’t wait to watch the film. The young actor also lauded Rani Mukerji’s career trajectory. “A little late to the party. All about 'Mardaani 3'
Helmed by Abhiraj Minawala, 'Mardaani 3' marks the third instalment from the franchise. Aayush Gupta has scripted the film and also crafted the dialogues.
Aayush Gupta, Deepak Kingrani, and Baljeet Singh Marwah, have jointly crafted the story. The film features Rani Mukerji, Janki Bodiwala, and Mallika Prasad in the lead roles. ‘Mardaani 3’ is slated for release on January 30. The film features Rani Mukerji as the relentless and fearless IPS officer Shivani Shivaji Roy. The upcoming film revolves around the disappearance of young girls. Talking to The Hindu recently, Rani Mukerji said that the film has a pivotal social message. “Mardaani is an important film with important social messaging; it is not just a franchise. It is about making people uncomfortable, to make them realise that we should be speaking about this issue more often. I want to keep coming back with this message as the reality for women has still not changed from the time we made Mardaani in 2014,” she said.
