WWE power couple CM Punk & AJ Lee stun fans with their G.I. Joe-inspired Halloween looks

The spirit of Halloween can be felt in the wrestling world as many of the beloved WWE superstars and personnel are dressing up either as spooky or interesting characters to celebrate the occasion.

Among them, the resident power couple, CM Punk and AJ Lee, were not far behind as they decided to pick popular G.I.

Joe characters to be their inspiration for Halloween this year. In a post shared on Instagram by CM Punk, he unveiled the looks of him and his wife for the spooky occasion.The Best in the World dressed up as Destro, an honorable man, answering to a moral code he alone seems to understand. While he had several love interests, it was revealed in the comics that his strongest relationship was with Baroness, who became AJ Lee's inspiration for Halloween this year.

For the unversed, Baroness is Cobra Commander's second-in-command, who serves as the communications director and PR secretary for Cobra Industries.

AJ Lee and CM Punk were on point with their outfits. The former WWE Champion had Destro's silver mask on with a black-inspired outfit and shining locket. On the other hand, AJ Lee had Baroness' black glasses, a similar black-clad outfit, with the WWE power couple almost matching up to the G.I.

CM Punk and AJ Lee began a relationship during their time in WWE in the early 2010s. They got married in 2014 and both had left the company by 2015. However, in 2023, Punk returned to WWE, and two years later, AJ Lee joined him in his feud with Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch. This led to a mixed tag team match between both sides at the inaugural WWE Wrestlepalooza Premium Live Event.Moreover, it was also AJ Lee's first match since retiring from WWE in 2015. Both sides displayed an excellent match that night, and eventually it was Lee and Punk who walked out victorious. CM Punk is next set to compete against Jey Uso for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event, while AJ Lee has not been seen since Wrestlepalooza.
