VinFast has launched a ‘Value Assured’ programme in India for its electric SUVs, including the VF6 and VF7, offering guaranteed resale benefits and structured buyback options.
The initiative is aimed at addressing concerns around ownership costs and residual value. Under the scheme, the company is promising an assured resale value of up to 75 per cent, subject to tenure and terms, along with company-backed buyback plans spanning two to five years. Customers upgrading to another VinFast vehicle can receive a 3 per cent loyalty benefit, and the programme includes a simplified vehicle evaluation process.
VinFast is also providing exchange support of up to ₹1.30 lakh for buyers switching from petrol or diesel vehicles. The move comes as competition increases in India’s electric vehicle market, with brands seeking to strengthen customer confidence through ownership-focused offerings.
