A celebration of UK-India relations on the racecourse

Kolkata dressed in its regal best at the Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Cup race at a city turf club on Saturday. The celebrations began on Friday evening with a reception attended by the city’s who’s who, diplomats, and special guests, including members of the Scotland cricket team. On the race day, heritage, sports and high fashion came together to create an unforgettable spectacle.

The gathering saw an elegant parade of spring colours, bold patterns and chic race-day ensembles, that included flowing dresses and bold jumpsuits.
