Adani University and IEEE host seminar on RF and Antenna design

Ahmedabad: Adani University in Ahmedabad has taken a big step forward in engineering in this modern age, when the world is moving from 5G to 6G networks. The university and IEEE put on a high-tech seminar on Radio Frequency (RF) and Antenna Design, which led to the opening of the “IEEE Student Chapter” on campus.

This seminar at Adani University turned into a way to start a technical revolution. Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh, a well-known scientist from ISRO (the Space Application Center), was the main guest at the event. He told the students, “Antenna design is a basic requirement in space science and satellite communication.” He inspired the young people by telling them interesting things about how space technology is changing.

In this seminar, expert Alok Kumar Singhal showed the students how to use state-of-the-art software like “ANSYS HFSS” to simulate antennas. This was done to connect what they were learning in school with what they needed to know for their jobs. Prof. Dhaval Pujara explained the principles of antenna design in great detail. Students will now be able to make real antenna models in the lab thanks to this training. This will help them get jobs at global tech companies.

Students were taught both theory and practical skills so that they could get technical help from experts.
