Rahul Ravindran confirms during ‘Dacoit’ promotions

As per a report by New18, during the promotions of the Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur’s latest release ‘Dacoit’, filmmaker Rahul Ravindran was also present. During the event, Rahul Ravindran shared that he will be working with Adivi Sesh on a film, which is set to begin after the ‘Major’ actor completes shooting his next film, ‘G2’, a sequel to his 2018 spy action thriller, ‘Goodachari’. This new film does not have a title yet.Rahul Ravindran also gave a small hint about the story. He said it will be an engaging story, and it will match Adivi Sesh’s style.

Director Rahul Ravindran’s last film, ‘The Girlfriend’, starring Rashmika Mandanna in the leading role, performed well at the box office and received immense love from the audience. The story was about Bhooma Devi, a simple student who came to Hyderabad for studies. Her life changes when she meets Vikram and falls in love. The film also had Dheekshith Shetty and Anu Emmanuel.

Speaking of Adivi Sesh’s ‘Dacoit’, the movie is a revenge action thriller that tells the story of Hari, who has a loving relationship with Juliet.

He gets betrayed and ends up in jail. The movie shows him escaping from prison to seek revenge against his ex-girlfriend.The film has been co-written by Adivi Sesh and director Shaneil Deo, who also marks his directorial debut with this project.
