India AI Impact Summit 2026 Live Updates From Delhi: India is set to host the AI Impact Summit 2026 from February 16–20 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, bringing together global policymakers, technology leaders and AI innovators. The event marks the first major global AI summit to be held in the Global South.

Ahead of the summit, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting issued a traffic advisory, urging delegates travelling to Bharat Mandapam and Sushma Swaraj Bhawan to use public transport due to limited parking and revised entry arrangements.

According to the Ministry of External Affairs, 20 world leaders will attend the summit, alongside ministerial delegations from more than 45 countries. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and senior representatives from several international organisations are also expected to participate.

At the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, several Heads of State and Government will be present. Confirmed attendees include Bhutan’s Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, French President Emmanuel Macron, Spanish President Pedro Sanchez, Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Disanayaka and Switzerland’s President Guy Parmelin.
