Amaravati has potential to emerge as growth engine of Andhra Pradesh, says World Bank team

A delegation from the World Bank met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at the Secretariat on Wednesday, and expressed optimism over the development prospects of capital Amaravati, noting its potential to attract large-scale global investments.

The delegation appreciated the progress of the capital city works and highlighted that the infrastructure being developed in Amaravati, along with reforms in the IT and power sectors, could position the city as a major hub for international investments.
