Sudden braking triggered a collision in Pawan Kalyan’s convoy.
A vehicle in the convoy of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan was involved in an accident on Wednesday morning while travelling within Visakhapatnam city limits.
The incident took place as the convoy was heading from Siripuram to Peddawaltheru. According to preliminary information, one of the pilot vehicles applied sudden brakes, leading to a chain reaction in which the vehicles following it collided with each other.
It is learnt that the last vehicle in the convoy bore the brunt of the impact and sustained visible damage. However, no injuries were reported in the mishap.
Security personnel and local police responded swiftly, ensuring that traffic movement in the area was regulated. Authorities are examining the circumstances that led to the abrupt braking of the pilot car. Further details are awaited.
