New Delhi: Anthropic has recently introduced its latest feature in its AI assistant Claude that will allow it to generate inline visuals such as charts, diagrams, timelines, and other interactive widgets within conversations.
Anthropic features will also be available to all of the Claude users, including those on the free plan. The assistant can also automatically generate visualizations when it detects that the visual format might help explain the information better to the users, and specifically to the students.
The users can also prompt the assistant directly through the instructions, such as by asking it to draw a diagram or to visualize how something might change over time. This latest update also extends on the earlier experimental project called Imagine with Claude, which was unveiled in late 2025.
The prototype also enables the Claude subscribers to create custom user interfaces on the virtual desktop in real-time. Rather than manually writing the code, the system relied on the built-in tools that allowed Claude to assemble software elements dynamically.
This latest visualization capability functions in a similar way, with visuals that can be adopted and upgraded as the conversation progresses and more context is added. This feature could be used in a range of scenarios. The generated visualization and widgets can interact with the external platforms such as Figma, Canva, and Slack.
Recently this type of similar update came into ChatGPT, where things are pretty much the same as this Claude upgrade. So, for the rivalry after seeing OpenAI’s recent update, Anthropic also plans to add this type of update to its Claude.
