Army helicopter makes precautionary landing at Surat airport

An Indian Army helicopter, which had departed from Vadodara Air Force Station for Nashik carrying four army personnel, had to make landing at Surat airport due to technical issues.

Due to a technical malfunction that developed during the flight, a precautionary emergency landing was made at Surat airport. The incident took place around 3.20pm on After the incident, technical inspection of the helicopter and necessary action was undertaken by the authorities. CISF and other concerned agencies ensured necessary coordination and security arrangements at the airport.
