Ashok Mittal, AAP MP who replaced Raghav Chadha in Rajya Sabha, to join BJP

Ashok Mittal, the AAP MP, who replaced Raghav Chadha in Rajya Sabha, switched sides to join the BJP on Friday in a big jolt to the Arvind Kejriwal's side. Chadha, who also resigned from the AAP, said at a press conference that 2/3rd members of AAP in Rajya Sabha have decided to merge themselves with the BJP.

"We have decided that we, the 2/3rd members belonging to the AAP in Rajya Sabha, exercise the provisions of the Constitution of India and merge ourselves with the BJP," Chadha said.
