New Delhi: Asus has once again entered the tablet market by unveiling its latest Pad globally. It features a 12.2-inch dual-layer OLED display that provides a high 144Hz refresh rate, a 3:2 aspect ratio, and 600 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor, coupled with an 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 onboard storage. Asus has also included a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
It houses a massive 9,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging. This tablet offers a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support, with a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, and out of the box, it runs on Android 16.
In terms of the camera, it has a 13MP rear camera sensor coupled with an LED flash, while on the front, there is a 5MP main camera sensor for selfies and video calling. In terms of connectivity, it gets Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
Asus has not yet announced any pricing and availability details of its latest tablet. However, it is going to arrive with the Asus Pad, which will support the Asus Pen 2.0 stylus and an optional Bluetooth keyboard.
