Bharti Enterprises chairman Sunil Mittal meets AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, discusses digital infrastructure push

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu met Bharti Enterprises chairman Sunil Mittal to discuss strengthening digital infrastructure and accelerating connectivity projects in the state.The two held detailed talks on expanding last-mile internet connectivity, improving mobile tower coverage and building a robust digital ecosystem to support growth.They also explored investment opportunities in data centres and setting up an undersea cable landing station, expected to boost connectivity and attract tech investments.The discussion covered ways to improve the ease of doing business for telecom operators by creating a more investor-friendly ecosystem. Naidu said the govt is committed to building world-class digital infrastructure to enhance connectivity, drive investments and position Andhra Pradesh as a leading technology and innovation hub.
