Bigg Boss Kannada fame Rajath Kishan faces police complaint over alleged threats

Bigg Boss Kannada fame Rajath Kishan, better known as Rajath Bujji, is in more legal trouble after a police report said he threatened a social activist. A complaint has been registered in the K.R.

Puram Police Station and an investigation is currently ongoing


Complaint by social activist

According to reports, the complaint says that social activist Girish Kumar has accused Rajath of making threatening phone calls and sending threatening messages. Girish alleged that Rajath used abusive language during a phone conversation and even issued a death threat, causing fear and distress.Reports say that the fight started when Rajath allegedly told Girish to stay away from the social media star Dog Satish.

Girish allegedly said that Rajath forced him to stop talking to Satish and threatened him when he didn't.


What's in the complaint?

Reports also suggest that Girish Kumar said in the complaint that Rajath sent him a message and a picture of his car, and told him to call back right away. The message supposedly said, "Sir, this is Rajath Bujji." I'm calling you. Should we send you inside or will you call back?Girish saw the message as a direct threat and then went to the police to ask for legal action.


Case logged under BNS

The police have filed a case against Rajath Kishan and another person named Kiran under Sections 351(2) (criminal intimidation) and 352 (intentional insult) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita based on the complaint.Police have started looking into the claims and are checking to see if the calls and messages really did come from Rajath. As part of the investigation, officials are likely to send him a notice telling him to come in for questioning.
