BJP seeks restoration of compost yards in rural areas in Tirupati district

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has demanded that the district administration restore the now-defunct compost yards in rural areas to facilitate better Solid and Liquid Waste Management (SLWM).

A delegation led by party’s State general secretary Salagrama Lakshmi Prasanna submitted a representation to the District Revenue Officer during the Public Grievances Redressal System (PGRS) held in Tirupati on Monday.
