BJP Yuva Morcha protests against Cong. stir at AI Summit

BJP Yuva Morcha activists on Saturday attempted to lay siege to the Congress party office in Mysuru, protesting against the shirtless demonstration staged by Youth Congress workers during the AI Impact Summit–2026 held in New Delhi.

The protesters were stopped by the police before they could reach the Congress office. Some of them were taken into preventive custody and shifted away from the spot. They were later released. The protesters raised slogans against the Congress party during the demonstration.

Yuva Morcha City president Rakesh alleged that the protest in the national capital had caused embarrassment in front of international delegates attending the global event, where prominent political leaders and technocrats were present.

Condemning the incident, BJP Yuva Morcha leaders termed the act as politically motivated and reflective of the Congress party’s “culture.” They warned that similar protests would be intensified across the State if such incidents continued.
