Bokaro Census 2027: Online Training Underway for Field Trainers

Bokaro: The district administration has stepped up preparations for the first phase of Census 2027, with a focused training programme for field trainers held on Wednesday at the auditorium.DC Ajay Nath Jha underlined the sensitivity and significance of the exercise, warning that lapses at any level would invite strict action. He stressed that “the census remains a critical governance tool and must be conducted with utmost accuracy and discipline.”Highlighting a key shift, Jha said the entire enumeration process would be carried out through an online application this time. Data entered in real time would be reflected on the central portal, enhancing transparency. However, he cautioned that the digital format also demands greater vigilance to avoid errors during data entry.“During the session, trainers were briefed on house-listing procedures, app-based data entry, and other technical aspects to ensure seamless execution at the ground level,” said the DC.
