Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi’s brother assaulted in Bihar; critically injured

PATNA: Bijendra Nath Tiwari, the brother of Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi, sustained critical injuries after being attacked with a sharp-edged weapon in Bihar's Gopalganj district, police said on Monday.According to officials, the attack is believed to be linked to an old dispute. Bijendra suffered serious injuries in the assault and was initially rushed to a nearby hospital before being shifted to Patna for advanced medical treatment due to the severity of his condition.

Police said a case has been registered and an investigation is underway. A special team has been constituted to trace and arrest those involved in the attack.Senior police officials are monitoring the case, and efforts are underway to ensure the swift arrest of the suspects.
